Rhinestone Sports Ball - Additional Logo panel

This is purchased in addition with a Rhinestone sports ball.  This use to order a sports ball with more than one panel containing a logo. For example. if you want a fully rhinestoned football (4 panels) with 2 of the panels containing a logo, you will order a full ball with one logo panel and 1 Rhinestone Sports Ball - Additional Logo panel.

Ordering, Shipping, & Returns:

• All sales are final as everything is made to order per your instructions.
• Please allow 3-4 weeks for creation. 
• If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to purchase to ensure that it can be done in time.
• Ship anywhere in the USA, Guam and Puerto Rico.  
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including charges incurred by shipping an item to us for Rhine stoning. Any package(s) sent from us will be fully insured. We do combine shipping when possible. 
• If you do not specify all of the options, we need to complete your order (by responding promptly), within 3 days of placing your order (ex. rhinestone color, font, design, etc.), this could delay the shipping time and we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Custom Projects:

We can rhinestone almost any item in any color or design by request. Contact us to discuss a custom project (even if it's not listed on our site), any size project - from high heels to jerseys to hats to household/office items - can be done.  Personal items MUST be mail to us for rhine stoning.  This ensures you are getting the exact item rhinestoned that you want.  Returns will not be accepted on any custom projects. Payment is to be made in full before beginning any project. 

DISCLAIMER: Metallics

Be aware that any metallic crystal colors run the risk of losing the metallic topcoat over time from regular wear & tear. This is not a defect – just normal aging due to the way these colors are produced. I do not recommend these colors to be used for regularly touched items, like keys, or items that are exposed to the elements. However, we will use them upon request. Metallic color choices (when available) are: Aurum (24k gold), Light Chrome, Rose Gold, Sunshine, and Jet Hematite.

Warranty & Return Policy

Lady Builder Creations has a limited one-year warranty from date of purchase on all of our work. Each item comes with its own set of care instructions. Generally, we recommend handwashing/spot cleaning all clothing and other items. Do not put any clothing items in the washer or dryer or dining items in a dish washer.  This is not covered under our warranty).

We are a custom rhinestone company, and therefore our warranty does not cover the items themselves that are bought from an outside source (for example, tech failure of a cell phone charger). Our warranty covers only the work done by us.

If damage occurs during shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to let us know within 3 days of receipt so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping service. All packages are shipped from us fully insured, and any refunds given due to shipping damage is at the discretion of the shipping service.

Keep in mind that losing a rhinestone or two is very normal and will happen. If, for some reason, more extensive loss occurs within the first year due to normal use, there are two options available to the customer: 

• The customer can email us photos of the damage, and we will send a repair kit, which is free and includes the appropriate glue to repair the damage. ​
• The customer can choose to mail back the part, and we will do the repair work for free. For this option, please note the customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us.

We do not accept returns, as mostly everything is custom and made to order.
