Shipping policy
All non-custom orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom items have a process time of about 3-4 weeks. You will receive another notification containing tracking information when your order has shipped.
Potential delays may be due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. sever weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard Shipping
- Flat standard shipping rates are based off weight of item
- Takes 3 to 5 business days
- Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas
- Please allow 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guan and the US Virgin Islands.
- Non-continental US territories and APO's will be shipped via USPS and may not have order tracking available.
- Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service.
- Free standard shipping for orders over $100 (before taxes) will automatically apply to your online order. Qualifying purchases must be equal to or greater than the threshold value in merchandise only; any charges or value of gift cards purchased do not apply to the merchandise total.

Express & Express Saver Shipping

- Express shipping takes 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).

- Orders will ship via UPS.
- Saturday delivery is NOT available
- Please note there is a surcharge of $12.50 for Express service to Alaska and Hawaii.

Local delivery
Deliveries are made from 8:00am - 1:00pm Tuesdays through Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
